Non-Figurative is an ongoing series that reimagines Eastern miniature traditions through the lens of artificial intelligence. Inspired by the aesthetic and symbolic richness of Middle Eastern visual culture, the works explore the transformation of figurative representation in an era of algorithmic creation.

Using neural networks, the series deconstructs and reassembles historical motifs into shifting abstract forms, blurring the boundaries between the recognizable and the unreadable, the human and the machine. In doing so, Non-Figurative reflects on the evolving nature of authorship, memory, and cultural transmission—where traditional forms are not erased but recontextualized.
